OUTDOOR AMPHITHEATRE
THE PERFECT SPACE FOR AN OUTDOOR EVENT
The main entrance to the Concert Hall, on the south side of the building, is surrounded by a large outdoor amphitheatre. This is a perfect location, sheltered from the northerly wind, for open-air concerts and other outdoor events.
The seating around the amphitheatre and a large standing area at ground level provide room for an audience of from 2000 to 11000, depending on where the stage is constructed. A pleasant garden area at the western end of the amphitheatre commands a beautiful view of the city’s bridge, islands and of the mountains to the east. The area has several outlets for power and water.
