Sivert Høyem takes back the autumn.

Here’s what we know: Autumn will once again make the evenings dark, and it will feel good to crawl into Stavanger Concert Hall and warm yourself with Sivert Høyem’s powerful voice and strong songs.

Sivert Høyem is one of Norwegian music’s foremost storytellers, and this year he embarks on an autumn tour with his fabulous band, making every concert feel like something truly extraordinary. They bring songs from Høyem’s two newest and highly acclaimed albums:
On an Island, from 2024 – born in the weather-beaten parish house Zoar, surrounded by sea and wind in Nyksund; and Dancing Headlights, from 2025 – a more electric affair, carrying the sound of night and neon lights.
Høyem’s song catalog contains both calm and storm – from soft, bare songs where you hardly dare to breathe, to those that strike explosive sparks into the darkness, carried by a band that captures every feeling and nuance.

In the concert set, new songs are seamlessly woven together with older gems like “Moon Landing,” “Into the Sea,” and “Prisoner of the Road,” as well as iconic Madrugada classics like “Majesty.” There are no dull moments here, only essence – conveyed by an artist who lives in every second of what he sings. We can’t think of a better guide into the autumn darkness than Høyem and his musical companions, and the treasure chest of songs they bring along.
